Viennese cherry pie recipe ingredients:
- 500-800g cherries
- 200g flour
- 180g butter
- 140g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Vanilla sugar to taste
- Powdered sugar for decoration
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the cherries with a paper towel.
- Beat softened butter with sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, continuously beating.
- Add half of the flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix everything well.
- Gradually add the remaining flour, mixing thoroughly.
