Ingredients:
- 500g pork meat
- 100g bread
- 140g milk or water
- 90g vegetable oil
- 2 boiled eggs
- 200g mushrooms
- 3 onions
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 100g breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the onions, then cut them into small cubes and fry in sunflower oil.
- Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and add them to the onions.
- Mix everything and fry for 10 minutes. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes and mix with the mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Wash and dry the pork meat, then cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
- Soak the bread in milk and mix with the minced meat. Add salt and pepper.
- Divide the meat mixture into small pieces, form patties, place the mushroom filling on top and close the edges.
- Coat the patties in breadcrumbs and fry on a hot skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the patties to a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
