Minced meat patties

  • 500g pork meat
  • 100g bread
  • 140g milk or water
  • 90g vegetable oil
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 3 onions
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash and dry the onions, then cut them into small cubes and fry in sunflower oil.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and add them to the onions.
  3. Mix everything and fry for 10 minutes. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes and mix with the mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  4. Wash and dry the pork meat, then cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
  5. Soak the bread in milk and mix with the minced meat. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Divide the meat mixture into small pieces, form patties, place the mushroom filling on top and close the edges.
  7. Coat the patties in breadcrumbs and fry on a hot skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Transfer the patties to a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until fully cooked.
  9. Serve hot.
