Ingredients for the recipe Salad “Boyarsky”:
- 300 g of smoked pork
- 1/2 can of canned mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 70 g of hard cheese
- 3 boiled eggs
- walnuts to taste
- mayonnaise to taste
- dill sprigs for decoration
- vegetable oil for frying
Recipe: Clean, wash and fry the champignons in sunflower oil. Then add sliced onions and fry until the mushrooms are fully cooked. Cut the smoked pork and boiled eggs into small cubes. Chop the walnuts.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater. In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients, dress with mayonnaise and mix well.
Then put the salad in a salad bowl and decorate with dill sprigs.
