Ingredients:
- 600g fish fillet
- 100g hard cheese
- 3 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- Dill (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Recipe:
- Rinse the fish fillet, cut into pieces, season with salt and coat in flour.
- Fry the fish pieces in heated sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Peel and rinse the onion, then cut into half-rings. Fry the onion in sunflower oil until golden brown.
- Boil the potatoes, let them cool, then peel and cut into small cubes.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and layer the fish, potatoes, and onion in the dish.
- Pour sour cream over the mixture in the dish, sprinkle with chopped dill, and grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until fully cooked.
- Take out of the oven, place on a serving dish, and serve.
Fish with potatoes is ready!
