Ingredients for Turkey Roll Recipe:

  • 700 grams of turkey breast fillet
  • 15 large prunes
  • 1 pinch of ground paprika
  • 1 pinch of dried garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Parsley to taste

Instructions for Turkey Roll Recipe:

  1. Rinse the prunes, pour boiling water over them, and let them soak for 20 minutes. Drain the water and cut the prunes into small pieces.
  2. Rinse the turkey fillet and dry it with paper towels. Cut it open like a book and flatten it with a meat mallet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the paprika, dried garlic, and salt. Rub the turkey with the mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the prunes on the edges of the meat in two rows and roll the meat tightly to form a roll. Tie it with kitchen twine, wrap it in two layers of foil, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the turkey roll on a baking sheet and bake for 70 minutes.
  6. Let it cool and then refrigerate until completely chilled.
  7. Remove the foil and twine, slice the roll into pieces, and garnish with parsley. The turkey roll is ready to serve!
