Ingredients:
- Fish – 500g
- Salted cucumbers – 4 pieces
- Onion – 1 piece
- Tomatoes – 2 pieces
- Capers – 1 tablespoon
- Olives – 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Bay leaf – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Parsley – to taste
- Salt – to taste
Recipe:
- Remove the fillet from the fish and cut it into pieces.
- Make a broth from the bones and head of the fish.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pot with some oil.
- Add the tomatoes (or tomato puree) to the pot and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- After that, add the fish, chopped cucumbers, capers, bay leaf, pepper, salt, and pour in hot broth. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Put olives and finely chopped parsley in a plate, and ladle the solyanka over them.
