Recipe for Rum Truffles: Pour the cream and rum into a saucepan and heat until boiling. Then remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate to the mixture.

Cover with a lid and let it sit for about five minutes. After that, stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Then pour the mixture into a dish and let it cool at room temperature for 2-3 hours (the cooling time depends on your room temperature) until the truffle mixture sets and becomes firm enough to make candies. You can also cool the mixture in the refrigerator until the chocolate becomes firm enough to shape into truffles.

Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball the size of a walnut. Roll in cocoa powder or grated chocolate. This dessert is very tasty and is considered a winter treat. It can be served on any festive table.
