Ingredients:
- 1 piece of lavash
- 3 potatoes
- 1/2 fillet of herring
- 3 green onions
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp butter
- salt to taste
Recipe:
- Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in salted water until fully cooked. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with butter.
- Wash and dry the green onions, and cut into large strips.
- Remove small bones from the herring fillet, and cut into thin slices.
- Spread the lavash on a piece of plastic wrap and spread mayonnaise evenly over it.
- Spread a layer of mashed potatoes over the mayonnaise, and then add the slices of herring and green onions.
- Roll up the lavash tightly to form a compact roll, and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then slice into 2 cm wide pieces and serve on a flat dish. Enjoy!
