- In a deep bowl, mix the sifted flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Add grated frozen butter to the resulting crumbly mixture and rub everything into a homogeneous mass.
- Add sour cream to the resulting crumbly mixture and knead a soft dough.
- Divide the prepared dough into 4 parts. Roll out each part of the dough into a flat cake and cut each cake into elongated triangles.
- Spread a little jam on the wide part of each triangle and roll it up, starting from the wide part of the dough towards the narrow part, forming a roll.
- Give the croissants a crescent shape and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
- Remove the ready croissants from the oven while they are still hot and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
