Cabbage Stew Recipe

Instructions for preparing Cabbage Stew Recipe Wash, dry and finely chop the cabbage into thin strips.

Wash, peel and cut the zucchini into small cubes.

Next, pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a deep saucepan, add the cabbage, zucchini and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. While the vegetables are stewing, wash, peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Wash, peel and cut the onion into half rings. Then fry the onion and carrot in sunflower oil until the onion is golden brown and the carrot is soft.

Separately, wash and dry the tomatoes. Then pour boiling water over them, remove the skin and cut them into cubes.

Wash, peel and chop the garlic using a garlic press. After the cabbage and zucchini are cooked, add the tomatoes to them and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then add the fried onion with carrots, garlic and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with dill before serving. Cabbage stew is ready.
