Tomato Soup Recipe

Помидорный суп


  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 1.5-2 kg of tomatoes
  • 700g of veal
  • 500-700g of potatoes
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Black peppercorns to taste
  • Salt to taste


  1. Rinse the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them and remove the skin. Then, blend them until smooth.
  2. Rinse the sweet pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into thin strips. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Rinse the veal, pat it dry with a paper towel, and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  4. Put the meat and potatoes in a pot, pour in cold water, and place on low heat. Bring the soup to a boil, add salt and a whole peeled onion, and the blended tomatoes. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. After that, add the finely chopped sweet pepper, a bunch of tied parsley, black peppercorns, garlic, and bay leaves. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, then remove the parsley and let the soup stand for 5 minutes. Your delicious tomato soup is ready!
