Ingredients for the recipe
- Pork meat – 200 grams
- Onion – 1 piece
- Carrots – 2 pieces
- Zucchini – 1 piece
- Sweet pepper – 2 pieces
- Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Dried basil – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Vegetable oil – for frying
Recipe instructions
- Clean and wash all the vegetables.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Cut the carrots, zucchini, and sweet pepper into equal cubes.
- Wash and dry the pork meat, then cut it into small pieces.
- Fry the chopped onion in sunflower oil until transparent.
- Add the pork meat and fry for about 10-15 minutes.
- Put the carrots, zucchini, and sweet pepper in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for about 5-8 minutes.
- Add the fried meat, mix, and pour in about 1 cup of water. Stew for about 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste, salt, ground black pepper, and dried basil. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
