Ingredients for the recipe

  • Pork meat – 200 grams
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Carrots – 2 pieces
  • Zucchini – 1 piece
  • Sweet pepper – 2 pieces
  • Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Dried basil – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Recipe instructions

  1. Clean and wash all the vegetables.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Cut the carrots, zucchini, and sweet pepper into equal cubes.
  4. Wash and dry the pork meat, then cut it into small pieces.
  5. Fry the chopped onion in sunflower oil until transparent.
  6. Add the pork meat and fry for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Put the carrots, zucchini, and sweet pepper in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry for about 5-8 minutes.
  8. Add the fried meat, mix, and pour in about 1 cup of water. Stew for about 10 minutes.
  9. Add the tomato paste, salt, ground black pepper, and dried basil. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
  10. The meat stew is ready!
