Instructions for making Apple Turnovers recipe: To make the dough, sift the flour and mix it with salt. Heat the milk to a warm state, add yeast and sugar. Leave in a warm place until frothy, then add eggs and margarine. Mix well and pour the mixture into the flour. Knead into a smooth, uniform dough and set aside while preparing the filling.

To make the filling, wash the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into small cubes. Then mix them with powdered sugar. Roll the dough into a long rope and cut into pieces. Roll each piece into a flat cake, place the prepared apple filling in the center, and seal the edges to form the turnovers. Place the turnovers on a greased baking sheet and leave to rise for 15 minutes.

After that, brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
