
Ingredients for Mushroom sauce recipe:
- Mushrooms – 200 grams
- Onion – 1 piece
- Tomato paste – 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Dill and parsley – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Salt – to taste
- Water
Directions for Mushroom sauce recipe:
- Rinse and clean the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
- When the onion is slightly browned, add tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.
- Add 1-1.5 cups of boiling water and bring to a boil.
- Rinse, dry, and slice the mushrooms and add them to the onion mixture. Mix well and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, and finely chopped dill and parsley a few minutes before the sauce is fully cooked. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Mushroom sauce is ready.
