Ingredients for Fish Pie recipe:

For the dough:

  • 200g butter
  • 10 tablespoons of sour cream (20%)
  • 300-350g flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the filling:

  • 2 cans of canned saury
  • green onions to taste

For the topping:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200g sour cream (20%)
  • 2 tablespoons of flour

Fish Pie recipe:

Mix the sour cream with softened butter and salt. Then add the baking powder and flour. Knead the soft and elastic dough. Mash the saury with a fork and mix with chopped green onions.

Put the dough into a greased baking dish, level it and form the edges. Spread the canned saury with green onions over the dough evenly.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until a light foam appears. Then add the sour cream, flour and mix until homogeneous. Pour the sour cream-egg topping over the pie and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Bake for 40-45 minutes.
