Instructions for making Blackcurrant Pie
Dough:
- In a bowl, mix the sifted flour and baking soda.
- Add kefir, egg, sugar, and salt.
- Mix everything well, knead the soft dough, and roll it out into a layer.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the dough, and form the edges.
Filling:
- Wash the berries well and evenly spread them over the dough, gently pressing them down.
- Sprinkle the filling with sugar.
- Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
- Then take it out of the oven, let it cool, and cut into pieces.
