Instructions for making Blackcurrant Pie

Dough:

  1. In a bowl, mix the sifted flour and baking soda.
  2. Add kefir, egg, sugar, and salt.
  3. Mix everything well, knead the soft dough, and roll it out into a layer.
  4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the dough, and form the edges.

Filling:

  1. Wash the berries well and evenly spread them over the dough, gently pressing them down.
  2. Sprinkle the filling with sugar.
  3. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
  4. Then take it out of the oven, let it cool, and cut into pieces.
  5. Blackcurrant Pie is ready!
