  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 30 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of warm water

  • 300 grams of tomatoes
  • 400 grams of ham
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Recipe for making Pizza with ham and mushrooms:

Dough Dissolve the dry yeast in warm water. Then add sugar, part of the sifted flour, and mix well. Let the prepared sponge stand for half an hour in a warm place. In a bowl, combine the sponge, the remaining flour, and salt.

Mix everything and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and put it in a warm place to rise. Then add the vegetable oil, mix well, and divide into two equal parts.

Roll out each part into a round cake and place it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Topping Peel and crush the garlic. Sauté the garlic in a heated pan with vegetable oil until golden. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into pieces, and add them to the pan with garlic. Add salt and fry until fully cooked.

Remove the pan from heat, transfer the mushrooms to a plate, and let cool. Cut the ham into pieces. Grate the cheese.

Wash and chop the parsley. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel off the skin, and grate them. Put the tomato mass in a pan with vegetable oil and simmer on low heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Grease the rolled-out cakes with the cooled tomato mass. Then evenly spread the ham pieces and fried mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley. Bake the pizza until fully cooked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Then remove from the oven, transfer the pizza to a plate, cut into pieces, and serve. Pizza with ham and mushrooms is ready!
