Oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients for oatmeal pancakes recipe:

  • 1.5 cups of oatmeal
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions for oatmeal pancakes recipe: Pour warm milk over oatmeal and let it sit for 40 minutes to swell. Add sugar and salt to beaten eggs. Whisk with a whisk until frothy. Peel and core the apple, then cut into small cubes. Pour the egg mixture into the swollen oatmeal, add the apple and mix well. The consistency of the batter should be like a not very thick cream. Using a spoon, place the pancakes on a heated skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown. Arrange the finished pancakes on a plate and serve.
