
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 50ml vegetable oil
- a pinch of baking soda
- salt to taste
- powdered sugar
Directions: Dilute the cottage cheese with milk and blend until smooth. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until foamy. Sift the flour and mix with cottage cheese and eggs. Carefully mix with a whisk until smooth. Fry the pancakes on preheated sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
