  1. Beat the eggs with kefir until smooth.

  3. After 30 minutes, add sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix everything well.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  5. Use a tablespoon to scoop the batter and drop it into the pan.
  6. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
