Zucchini and Cheese Pancakes Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 zucchinis
- 100g hard cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp flour
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sour cream to taste
Instructions:
- Wash the zucchinis and grate them on a coarse grater. Drain any excess liquid.
- Add the eggs and sifted flour to the zucchini mixture. Mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the grated cheese (using a medium grater) and minced garlic to the mixture. Mix well.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spoon the zucchini mixture onto the pan in the form of small pancakes. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the zucchini and cheese pancakes with sour cream.
