Ingredients for Zucchini fritters on kefir recipe:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 head of garlic
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Salt, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions for Zucchini fritters on kefir recipe:

  1. Wash, dry, and peel the skin off the zucchini.
  2. Grate the zucchini finely, then squeeze out the excess liquid and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add the minced garlic and finely chopped dill to the bowl.
  4. Crack in the eggs, pour in the kefir, and whisk everything together with a whisk.
  5. Add the sifted flour and salt, and mix everything together until the batter is smooth and consistent.
  6. Heat up some vegetable oil in a pan.
  7. Spoon the batter into the hot oil, making small pancakes.
  8. Fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown.
  9. Serve with garlic or sour cream marinade.
