  4. Cover the bowl with the dough with a linen cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
  5. Heat up some vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  6. Spoon the dough into the hot oil, making small pancakes.
  7. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Place the pancakes on a plate and serve with sour cream, condensed milk, or jam on the side.
