Ingredients for almond pastries:
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tbsp of flour
- Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
- Grind the almonds into small pieces and mix with the sugar.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold the almond mixture into the egg whites, and gradually add the flour while mixing.
- Using a pastry bag, pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake the pastries in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius until fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and serve. Almond pastries are ready!
