Almond pastries

Ingredients for almond pastries:

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 tbsp of flour
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Grind the almonds into small pieces and mix with the sugar.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Carefully fold the almond mixture into the egg whites, and gradually add the flour while mixing.
  4. Using a pastry bag, pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake the pastries in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and serve. Almond pastries are ready!
