Carrot patties

Морковные котлеты

Ingredients:

  • 4 carrots
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Sour cream, to taste
  • Semolina, for breading
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Recipe:

  1. Peel, wash and grate the carrots finely.
  2. Add the eggs, semolina, salt, and sugar to the carrot mixture. Mix well.
  3. Form patties out of the mixture and coat each patty in semolina.
  4. Fry the carrot patties in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and let the patties cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the carrot patties with sour cream. Enjoy!
