
Ingredients:
- 4 carrots
- 3 tbsp semolina
- 2 eggs
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Sour cream, to taste
- Semolina, for breading
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Recipe:
- Peel, wash and grate the carrots finely.
- Add the eggs, semolina, salt, and sugar to the carrot mixture. Mix well.
- Form patties out of the mixture and coat each patty in semolina.
- Fry the carrot patties in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let the patties cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve the carrot patties with sour cream. Enjoy!
