Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.5 kg of pork
- 500 ml kefir
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Shish kebab seasoning, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Recipe:
Wash the pork, cut it into small portions, and put it in a deep bowl. Finely chop the cilantro and garlic and mix them with the prepared meat. Add shish kebab seasoning, freshly ground black pepper, and salt to taste. Pour in kefir and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours.
After the time has passed, thread the meat onto skewers and cook over hot coals, turning the shish kebab occasionally until an appetizing brown crust appears on all sides.
