Ingredients for Flourless semolina cake recipe:

  • 3 eggs

  • 4-6 apples
  • 1 tbsp of butter for greasing the baking dish
  • A pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar to taste

Instructions for preparing Flourless semolina cake recipe:

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and sour cream using a mixer until smooth.
  2. Add semolina, salt, and baking soda. Knead the dough until smooth and not too hard. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, wash the apples, peel them, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Spread them evenly on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Pour the dough on top, level it, and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer and leave it in the turned-off oven until completely cooled.
  5. Sprinkle the surface of the baked and cooled cake with powdered sugar and serve.
