- Beat the eggs with sugar and sour cream using a mixer until smooth.
- Add semolina, salt, and baking soda. Knead the dough until smooth and not too hard. Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash the apples, peel them, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Spread them evenly on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Pour the dough on top, level it, and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer and leave it in the turned-off oven until completely cooled.
- Sprinkle the surface of the baked and cooled cake with powdered sugar and serve.
