Ingredients for the Lobio recipe:
- One kilogram of green beans
- 500 grams of onion
- 1 cup of peeled walnuts
- One pomegranate
- One garlic
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 3 sprigs of celery
- 3 sprigs of basil
- 3 sprigs of mint
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- Red hot pepper to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Fenugreek to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions for making Lobio recipe:
- Rinse the green beans, cut into pieces, and put them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then strain the beans.
- Peel the onion, cut it into thin strips, and sauté in a deep saucepan with sunflower oil until translucent. Add ground black pepper and the green beans.
- Mix well and cook for about 7 minutes.
- Put the peeled walnuts, washed and dried greens, peeled garlic, salt, and spices in a blender and grind them with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Transfer the resulting nut-garlic mass to the prepared green beans, mix well, and heat it up. Put it on a serving dish.
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over it and serve immediately.
