
Ingredients for the recipe:
- Cottage cheese – 200 grams
- Flour – 8 tablespoons
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Egg – 1
- Salt – to taste
- Sour cream – to taste
Directions:
- Mix cottage cheese with sugar, egg, and half of the sifted flour until smooth.
- Sift the remaining flour onto a work surface. Put the cottage cheese mixture on it and knead a homogeneous, non-sticky dough.
- Divide the prepared dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part into a rope.
- Cut the ropes into equal pieces.
- Then put the dumplings in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
- Put the finished lazy dumplings on individual plates, pour sour cream over them, and serve.
