Lazy dumplings

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Cottage cheese – 200 grams
  • Flour – 8 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Egg – 1
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sour cream – to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, egg, and half of the sifted flour until smooth.
  2. Sift the remaining flour onto a work surface. Put the cottage cheese mixture on it and knead a homogeneous, non-sticky dough.
  3. Divide the prepared dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part into a rope.
  4. Cut the ropes into equal pieces.
  5. Then put the dumplings in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.
  6. Put the finished lazy dumplings on individual plates, pour sour cream over them, and serve.
