Ingredients: 1 kg ground meat 300-500 g cabbage 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 eggs 2-3 onions Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste


  1. Chop the cabbage and peeled onions into small cubes.
  2. Add the ground meat, eggs, tomato paste, salt, and pepper to the cabbage and onions. Mix well. If the filling is too thick, add a little water or kefir.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a steamer.
  4. Steam for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Serve with sour cream marinade and herbs.
