
Ingredients: 1 kg ground meat 300-500 g cabbage 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 eggs 2-3 onions Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Chop the cabbage and peeled onions into small cubes.
- Add the ground meat, eggs, tomato paste, salt, and pepper to the cabbage and onions. Mix well. If the filling is too thick, add a little water or kefir.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a steamer.
- Steam for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream marinade and herbs.
