Lazy Achma recipe

Ленивая ачма

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 500g
  • Eggs – 4
  • Milk – 500ml
  • Hard cheese – 200g
  • Lavash – 2 pieces
  • Salt – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the hard cheese using a medium grater, mix it with the cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, and mix until the consistency of sour cream.
  2. Add salt and mix. This is your tasty filling for the Achma.
  3. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
  4. Divide the lavash into two parts. Dip the lavash in the remaining milk, place it in the dish, spread some filling, and cover with another layer of lavash. Repeat the layering with the filling and lavash.
  5. Beat the remaining egg in the remaining milk, mix, pour on top of the Achma, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for forty minutes.
