Ingredients for Baked potatoes in sleeve recipe:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 100-150 g mayonnaise
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • water

Directions for making Baked potatoes in sleeve recipe:

  1. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small wedges.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and mix with mayonnaise.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking sleeve, seal it on one side, leaving a small opening on the other side for air to escape. Add a little water to the sleeve.
  4. Place the sleeve on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
