Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 200 g fresh mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • chopped dill to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Wash and slice the mushrooms thinly.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine the potatoes, mushrooms, sour cream, and tomato paste. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and spread the potato mixture evenly.
  5. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped dill, and serve on a flat dish.
