
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 150 g sour cream
- 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp salt
- chopped dill to taste
- black pepper to taste
- vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Wash and slice the mushrooms thinly.
- In a deep bowl, combine the potatoes, mushrooms, sour cream, and tomato paste. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and spread the potato mixture evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped dill, and serve on a flat dish.
