Ingredients for the recipe:
- Potatoes – 4 pieces
- Flour – 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mushrooms – 500 grams
- Onion – 1 piece
- Cream – 500 ml
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil – for greasing
Recipe instructions:
- Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- Wash and clean the mushrooms and onions. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onions into semi-circles.
- Fry the mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil. Add the flour and fry everything together.
- Place the potato pieces on a baking tray greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle the fried mushrooms and onions on top.
- Pour the cream over everything, then add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the potatoes are fully cooked.
