Potatoes baked with mushrooms

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Potatoes – 4 pieces
  • Flour – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mushrooms – 500 grams
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Cream – 500 ml
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for greasing

Recipe instructions:

  1. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Wash and clean the mushrooms and onions. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onions into semi-circles.
  3. Fry the mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil. Add the flour and fry everything together.
  4. Place the potato pieces on a baking tray greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle the fried mushrooms and onions on top.
  5. Pour the cream over everything, then add salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the potatoes are fully cooked.
  7. The potatoes baked with mushrooms are ready!
