French fries

Ingredients for the recipe:

5 potatoes 300g pork 150g hard cheese 1 onion 1 clove of garlic 100ml water sour cream to taste salt to taste vegetable oil for greasing the dish

Recipe for French fries:

Wash the meat well and cut it into cubes. Then beat it with a meat tenderizer. Salt and pepper to taste.

Peel and wash the potatoes and onion. Cut the potatoes into slices, and the onion into half rings.

Peel and chop the garlic using a garlic press. Mix warm water with sour cream and garlic.

Mix everything well. Grease a dish with vegetable oil and put half of the onion and potatoes, the meat, and the remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then pour the prepared sour cream marinade evenly over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

After the time is up, take it out of the oven and serve on a plate. The French fries are ready!
