Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 liters of water
- 200 g boiled mushrooms
- 200-300 g meat delicacies
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium pickled cucumbers
- 100 g olives or black olives
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- vegetable oil
- 1 lemon
- herbs to taste
- sour cream to taste
- salt
Recipe:
- Pour cold water into a pot and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil.
- Cut the meat delicacies (sausages, smoked meats) into small cubes. Fry them in a skillet until lightly browned. Put the meat mixture, mushrooms, and olives in the pot. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat.
- Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in a heated pan with vegetable oil until it becomes lightly golden. Add chopped pickles and tomato paste. Mix and fry a little.
- Add the onion and pickle mixture to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Before serving, put a lemon slice and a spoonful of sour cream in each bowl. Garnish with chopped herbs to taste. Enjoy!
