Mushroom solyanka

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 liters of water
  • 200 g boiled mushrooms
  • 200-300 g meat delicacies
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 medium pickled cucumbers
  • 100 g olives or black olives
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon
  • herbs to taste
  • sour cream to taste
  • salt

Recipe:

  1. Pour cold water into a pot and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cut the meat delicacies (sausages, smoked meats) into small cubes. Fry them in a skillet until lightly browned. Put the meat mixture, mushrooms, and olives in the pot. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat.
  3. Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in a heated pan with vegetable oil until it becomes lightly golden. Add chopped pickles and tomato paste. Mix and fry a little.
  4. Add the onion and pickle mixture to the pot and bring to a boil.
  5. Before serving, put a lemon slice and a spoonful of sour cream in each bowl. Garnish with chopped herbs to taste. Enjoy!
