Mushroom sauce

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 40 grams of dried mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 15 grams of butter
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Recipe: Soak the mushrooms in water and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Then strain the mushrooms using a sieve and place the pot underneath to catch the broth. Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Peel, wash and chop the onions.

Sauté the onions in a hot skillet with vegetable oil until golden. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and fry for 15 minutes.

Add a piece of butter to the skillet, sprinkle flour and add salt. Mix everything well and simmer over low heat for another 2 minutes. Then slowly pour in the mushroom broth, bring to a boil and add sour cream. Mix everything well, bring to a boil and remove the skillet from the heat.

Mushroom sauce is ready!
