Banana pancakes

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 2 bananas
  • Salt to taste
  • Non-stick cooking oil for frying
  • Extra banana slices for decoration

Recipe:

  1. In a blender, beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
  2. Then add flour and milk.
  3. Peel and cut bananas into small pieces. Add them to the batter and blend well again.
  4. Place the batter in a cold place or the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  5. After that, take the batter out of the refrigerator and beat it again with a whisk or fork.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet and grease it with cooking oil.
  7. Pour batter onto the skillet and cook pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Place the banana pancakes on a plate and decorate with extra banana slices.
