Ingredients for the Lemon Pie crust: 12 tbsp flour 6 tbsp sugar 100g butter warm water for the filling: 6 eggs 6 tbsp sugar 150 ml 20% cream 2.5 lemons zest of one lemon for decoration: powdered sugar.

Recipe: Sift the flour, mix with sugar, and crumble with butter. Then pour onto the table, add a little warm water for stickiness and knead a soft, elastic dough.

Wrap the prepared dough in food wrap and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. To prepare the filling, remove the zest from one lemon.

Then cut the lemons, heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove the seeds, squeeze out the juice, and strain it. To prepare the filling, carefully beat the eggs with sugar until a stable foam forms.

Then add the cream and beat until smooth. Add lemon juice and zest to the prepared egg mixture.

Mix and place the mixture in the refrigerator. Place the dough in a form so that there are edges around the circle. Prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from swelling and place it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius.

Bake for 10 minutes. Then remove the crust from the oven, gently pour in the prepared filling, and return to the oven for another 25 minutes. Sprinkle the surface of the baked and cooled pie with powdered sugar for decoration.
