Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 4 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Recipe:
- Mix buckwheat and wheat flour in a deep bowl. Add warm milk, egg yolks, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add softened butter and knead the dough.
- Separately, extinguish the baking soda with lemon juice, then add to the dough.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the dough.
- Fry the pancakes on both sides in a hot skillet with vegetable oil.
