Buckwheat pancakes

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 200g buckwheat flour
  • 600ml water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Sour cream to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste

Preparation:

  1. Sift the buckwheat flour into a deep bowl and mix with salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, water, and pepper. Mix everything together and knead a liquid batter for the pancakes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and chopped parsley.
