Preparation:
- Sift the buckwheat flour into a deep bowl and mix with salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, water, and pepper. Mix everything together and knead a liquid batter for the pancakes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and chopped parsley.
