Ingredients for the recipe:
- 500 g flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 25 g yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- vegetable oil for frying
Recipe: Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warm water. Add milk, sifted flour, and mix well. Then leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. After that, add eggs, salt, sugar and mix.
Leave for 20 minutes to increase in volume. Fry the pancakes on both sides in heated sunflower oil until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, jam, or fruit preserves.
