- 300 ml sour cream
- 250 g cottage cheese (9% fat)
- 3 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil + oil for frying
- 400 g flour

- 2 tsp baking powder
- vanilla to taste

- Beat the eggs with sugar.
- Add sour cream, cottage cheese and vegetable oil. Whisk the mixture with a whisk.
- Sift the flour and add salt, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add the prepared liquid mixture of eggs, sour cream and cottage cheese to the flour mixture. Mix well. The dough should have a cottage cheese texture.
- Let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
- Fry the pancakes in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve the pancakes with jam, honey or sour cream.
