Meat with sauce recipe

Ingredients for Meat with sauce recipe:

  • 500g pork tenderloin
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • Dill to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions for Meat with sauce recipe:

  1. Peel and cut the onion into thin half-rings.
  2. Peel the carrot and cut it into beautiful strips.
  3. Rinse the pork and pat dry with a paper towel, then cut into small cubes.
  4. Fry the meat on all sides in hot sunflower oil until golden brown.
  5. Add the onion and carrot to the meat and fry until the vegetables are golden brown.
  6. Mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
  7. Add the tomato-sour cream mixture to the pan with the meat and vegetables and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the meat with finely chopped dill and serve.
