Meat with mayonnaise

Ingredients for Meat with Mayonnaise recipe:

  • 1 kg pork fillet
  • 1-1.5 kg potatoes
  • 300 g onions
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for greasing

Directions for Meat with Mayonnaise recipe:

  1. Wash and clean the onions, then cut into semi-circles.
  2. Wash and dry the meat, then cut into small pieces and beat them.
  3. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut into circles. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay half of the potatoes at the bottom of the dish. Add salt and pepper.
  4. On top of the potatoes, add the onions, then add salt and pepper. Next, add the meat and also add some salt and pepper.
  5. Add the remaining potatoes and spread mayonnaise over everything.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes. The meat with mayonnaise is ready.
