Julienne with shrimp

Shrimp gratin ingredients: 500g small peeled shrimps, 200g fresh mushrooms, 200g 15% cream, 100g Parmesan cheese, 1 onion, olive oil for frying, black pepper and salt to taste.

Recipe for shrimp gratin: Peel and chop the onion into small cubes and fry in olive oil. Chop the mushrooms into cubes and add them to the onions. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add the peeled shrimps and cook for another 10 minutes.

Pour in the cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is well combined. Place the gratin into individual ramekins and sprinkle each with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
