Julienne with mushrooms

Julienne with mushrooms recipe ingredients:

  • Chicken meat – 200 grams
  • Mushrooms – 300 grams
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
  • Flour – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Cooking instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry until golden brown in a well-heated sunflower oil.
  2. Clean, wash, and finely chop the onion. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Stew the onion until golden brown in heated sunflower oil.
  3. Add the champignons to the pan and fry for 25 minutes until fully cooked. Then add the chicken to the pan, mix well and stew for another 5 minutes over low heat.
  4. Sprinkle the contents of the pan with flour, add sour cream, salt, pepper, mix well, and remove from heat. Then transfer the contents of the pan to small pots, put them in the oven, gradually heating it to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the julienne from the oven and serve on the table in the pots. Julienne with mushrooms is ready!
