Ingredients:
- 500g beef fillet
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the beef fillet, then cut into small pieces.
- Pound the meat, add salt and pepper, and let it sit for a while.
- Dip the meat into beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and fry on both sides in butter until golden brown.
- Decorate with greens before serving. Beef rump steak is ready.
