Beef rump steak

Ingredients:

  • 500g beef fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2-3 tbsp butter
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Greens to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the beef fillet, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Pound the meat, add salt and pepper, and let it sit for a while.
  3. Dip the meat into beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and fry on both sides in butter until golden brown.
  4. Decorate with greens before serving. Beef rump steak is ready.
