Ribs Stew

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of pork ribs
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • Dill to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Recipe: Wash the pork ribs, cut them into small pieces, and fry with vegetable oil until fully cooked. Peel and wash the potato, onion, carrots, and zucchini. Remove the seeds from the zucchini and cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Add the potatoes and carrots to the fried ribs and fry for 5-7 minutes. Then, add the zucchini and onion and simmer on low heat until almost fully cooked. Next, add the tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. If needed, add a small amount of water. When ready to serve, transfer the ribs stew to a deep dish and garnish with chopped dill.
