Праздничные креветки


  • 1 kg king prawns
  • 100 ml tomato juice
  • 50 ml fish broth
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Dill (to taste)
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Lemon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)


  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Then, put it in a frying pan with olive oil and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  2. Add the prawns to the pan with garlic and fry for 2-4 minutes until they release their juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the tomato juice and fish broth.
  4. Mix everything and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the prawns on a plate, pour the marinade over them, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with dill and parsley and serve on a festive table.
